About the Role
TNP Group is a multinational retail company from Taiwan with operations in Indonesia and expanding across Asia and Europe.
We are looking for a
high-performing Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
to take on the role of
Group Finance Manager
. This is a unique opportunity to lead and oversee finance operations not only in Indonesia, but also across regional and international markets.
You will play a key role in
strategic financial planning, compliance, and growth management
at a global scale, while being based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee the finance function for the Group, covering Indonesia and selected overseas entities in Asia and Europe.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for regional and global operations.
- Consolidate and analyze financial performance across different markets, and provide insights to top management.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local statutory requirements in each country of operation.
- Collaborate with auditors, banks, and investment partners both locally and internationally.
- Develop long-term financial models and 5-year projections to support company expansion strategy.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI) – Mandatory
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in
corporate finance or group finance
, including
regional/global exposure (Asia and/or Europe)
. - Strong understanding of international financial trends, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.
- Solid leadership, communication, and presentation skills to engage with top management and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in multinational trading/retail or e-commerce companies is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and ERP systems (experience in Odoo is a plus).
- Professional certifications such as CFA/CPA are considered a strong advantage but not mandator
