About the Roles

WWF Indonesia is seeking a strategic leader to drive fundraising growth, reporting to the Partnership Director. The role oversees Individual Fundraising, supports Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy, and develops innovative strategies to secure financial resources and conservation impact. This position manages high-value partnerships, leads a high-performing team, and collaborates with internal teams, donors, and WWF Network units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising and partnership strategies to grow revenue (target: 20% annually).
  • Develop and execute Individual Giving programs (regular giving, digital, community).
  • Drive donor acquisition, retention, and value growth through innovation and data insights.
  • Support corporate partnerships and major donor engagement with Partnership Director.
  • Oversee campaigns, budgets, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Represent WWF in national/international donor forums.
  • Lead, mentor, and build team capacity; foster collaboration across departments.
  • Reports directly to the Partnership Director and collaborates with the Senior Management Team.
  • Works closely with Conservation, Communication, and Support teams to align fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Coordinates with the WWF Global Network as needed.
  • Engages externally with individual donors, corporations, NGOs, academic institutions, and regional organizations.
  • Holds authority to implement fundraising plans, outreach strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years in fundraising, incl. 5+ years in individual giving or partnerships.
  • Proven success in achieving fundraising targets and managing high-value donors.
  • Strong expertise in digital fundraising, donor engagement, and CRM/data analytics.
  • Skilled in corporate partnerships, proposal writing, and donor stewardship.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; experience in international NGOs is an advantage.
