Job Descriptions
- Conduct thorough research for Affiliator and KOL to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOLs, Affiliators, and KOCs.
- Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
- Monitor and analyze KOL performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Able to operate basic Excel operations skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes.
- Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management.
