Job Qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/skincare brands
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Beauty, or related fields
  • Familiar with TikTok beauty content styles and makeup trends, able to identify promising influencers
  • Passionate about cosmetics and skincare, with active TikTok beauty content consumption habits
  • Previous experience working with Indonesian beauty influencers
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and third-party influencer tools such as TikTok Creator Marketplace
  • Heavy user of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) or experience operating a personal content account independently
  • Familiarity with local e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia)
  • Fluent in English required as a working language or Chinese proficiency is a plus
