- Supervise raw material receiving, process inspection, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and halal standards.
- Prepare quality reports (inspection, non-conformity, PICA) and follow up on customer complaints.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards as well as conduct training/SOP.
- Ensure equipment calibration, pest control, and availability of QC data/documents.
- Coordinate with related departments for continuous improvement.
