Job Description:
• Assist in the design and improvement of machine automation
• Maintain and repair mechanical/electronic devices production machines
• Create technical reports and work documentation
• Collaborate with relevant teams for system automation development
• Actively improve and develop skills independently as direction
• Design and develop PLC-based control systems using ladder logic (LAD), structured text (ST), and function block diagrams (FBD).
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.) for industrial automation.
• Conduct on-site testing, debugging, and optimization of control systems.
• Collaborate with clients and engineers to define system requirements.
• Assist in electrical circuit design and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
•Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, or similar).
•Proficiency in ladder logic (LAD), structured text (ST), or other IEC languages.
•Knowledge of industrial sensors, actuators, and control systems.
•Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
•Experience with HMI (Touch Panel) or SCADA systems.
•Familiarity with industrial networks (EtherCAT, PROFINET, CC-Link, etc.).
•Background in robotics, motion control, or IoT integration.
