Job Description
- Provide operational support to FinTech business systems, Point-of-Sales (POS) devices and clients
- Projects take place on-site and off-site and are related to support, system and platform deployments
- Liaise with international teams to report, resolve and pro-actively prevent business critical issues
- Support Sales management in the capacity of pre-sales
- Able to analyze requirment for developing
- Able to sanitizing API.
- Experience in administratingLinux and Unix systemenvironments
- Strong experiences in Linux; mainlyCentOSandRedHat
- Experience withOracle,MySQLandnoSQL
- Able to configure Disaster Recovery solutions in virtualized environments
- Able to write scripts in Python
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sales (POS) devices
- Good skills to manageIP routing, BGP routing, setup VPNs & load balancers
- Strong understanding of the container concept (Dockercontainer) and the Docker orchestration (Kubernetes/ OpenShift)
- Experience with cloud providers, specifically GCP & AWS
- Familiar with API Testing, e.g.postman
- UnderstandingJavascript
- Able to do web optimization
- Have the strong ability to document SOPs for deliverables
- Strong reporting skills
- Basic software development skills is a plus (app & web development)
- Eager to keep in track with market evolvements to review and suggest solutions enhancements related to Voice Control, AI/ML, big data, etc.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant IT field
- 2 years+ of work experience
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
