Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluent in English, particularly in listening; having an English proficiency certificate is an advantage.
- Intelligent, patient, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Demonstrates good leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent English listening and comprehension abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to and accurately transcribe audio or speech data.
- Annotate dialogues based on predefined categories (e.g., intent, sentiment, entities, speaker turns).
- Segment and label audio clips using linguistic and acoustic cues.
- Ensure all annotations align with project guidelines and maintain consistency in quality.- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on annotated data.
- Collaborate with the linguistics and data science teams to refine annotation criteria.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance and quality benchmarks.
