Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management; Master's degree (MM/MBA or Industrial & Organizational Psychology) is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or general management position, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or chemical/lubricant industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and government regulations including BPJS (social and health insurance).
- Proven experience in handling industrial relations matters such as bipartite/tripartite negotiations, collective labor agreements (CLA), mediation, and compliance.
- Well-versed in performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to top management.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee all HR functions, including industrial relations, payroll, performance appraisal, and personnel administration.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with employees and labor unions.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures in compliance with regulations.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through structure improvement, job evaluation, and grading systems.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding HR, organizational development, and long-term manpower planning.
