Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Min. 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, employer branding, and organization development chart
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Willing to be placed at ASG Tower
