Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, employer branding, and organization development chart
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Willing to be placed at ASG Tower
