We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated
Symfony Developer (Backend)
to join our growing development team.
Location: Sleman, Yogyakarta (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Symfony Framework.
- Build scalable and maintainable APIs and web applications.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, project managers, and designers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs when needed.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven 3-5years of experience as a Backend Developer with solid understanding of PHP, OOP principles, and Symfony framework (e.g: good understanding Dependency Injection, Event Dispatcher, Doctrine ORM, etc).
- Experience with EasyAdmin is a big plus.
- Experience working with unit testing (such as PHP Unit) is a plus.
- Experience with refactoring legacy code and improving existing code, is a plus.
- Experience with twig templating engine is a plus.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and version control (GIT).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills, English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential, as you'll collaborate with international clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work onsite in our office (Sleman, Yogyakarta).
