Requirements:

  • Preferably graduates of Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Technology (SMK/Diploma/Bachelor's)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking and recipe development
  • Available to work Monday–Friday, 06:30–15:30 WIB and Saturday 06:30 - 12:00 WIB
  • Able to manage food inventory, kitchen and delivery operations, develop new menus, and maintain food quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food inventory with an efficient stock rotation system to minimize waste and ensure ingredient freshness
  • Oversee kitchen operations and maintain workflow efficiency in food preparation and packaging
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
  • Develop new menu items aligned with market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain consistent food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards

Salary:

IDR 4–5 million (net) per month
