Responsibilities
- Set clear targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team.
- Track and analyze sales performance across all channels: offline retail, online delivery platforms, and B2B/wholesale.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets per channel and overall company target.
- Design and execute sales strategies tailored to each channel.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sales programs with brand campaigns.
- Develop promotion strategies and upselling/cross-selling tactics.
- Strengthen existing sales channels and explore new ones (corporate clients, resellers, partnerships).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and key accounts.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth implementation of sales programs in stores.
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence & RnD to analyze customer behavior (B2C and B2B) to adjust strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing recommendations to management.
- Translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in both B2C retail sales and B2B sales.
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Strong leadership and ability to manage and motivate the team.
- Familiar with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and digital sales channels (e-commerce, delivery apps).
