PT Omid Health Style is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & General Affairs staff to support daily HR operations and office administration. This role will handle recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, general office needs, and company legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Manage employee administration such as attendance, contracts, and personnel database.
- Assist in payroll process and allowance calculations.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and vendor management.
- Manage company documents and legal compliance related matters.
- Support employee activities such as training and engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology, Management, or Law).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or General Affairs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory / is a must.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Basic knowledge of labor regulations is a plus.
