PT Omid Health Style is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & General Affairs staff to support daily HR operations and office administration. This role will handle recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, general office needs, and company legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Manage employee administration such as attendance, contracts, and personnel database.
  • Assist in payroll process and allowance calculations.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and vendor management.
  • Manage company documents and legal compliance related matters.
  • Support employee activities such as training and engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology, Management, or Law).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or General Affairs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory / is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of labor regulations is a plus.
