Butler is responsible for providing personalized, high-quality service to guests or residents, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and privacy at all times. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill needs with discretion and efficiency. The Butler will act as the primary point of contact for guests, coordinating daily activities, managing requests, and maintaining a seamless and luxurious service experience.

Job Description :

  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival with warmth, courtesy, and sophistication.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide smooth customer flow and support personalized client service.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive assistance, including arranging seating, offering amenities, and ensuring privacy.
  • Maintain a clean, elegant, and welcoming lounge or service area at all times.
  • Handle special requests, such as transportation coordination or gift arrangements, discreetly and efficiently.
  • Uphold Mondial's luxury brand image through impeccable grooming, communication, and service etiquette.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or a high-end service environment (hotel, airline, concierge, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to remain composed, discreet, and attentive to details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
