Requirment:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in mechanical construction, preferably in data center or critical facilities.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, CRAC/PAC units, ventilation, and fire suppression (Novec1230/hydrants).
Proficient in CAD/BIM software for mechanical layout and design review.
Familiar with mechanical installation standards, testing & commissioning, and QA/QC procedures.
Good understanding of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local mechanical codes.
Experience coordinating with electrical, civil, and other engineering teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to manage contractors and monitor on-site works.
Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, HVAC, or K3 are an advantage.

Job Decription:

Oversee mechanical construction works including HVAC, piping, and fire suppression systems.
Review design drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability.
Supervise on-site installation, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to resolve design or installation issues.
Manage testing & commissioning and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Monitor contractor performance and material delivery schedules.
Support value engineering and design optimization for project efficiency.
Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
This is an on-site role located in Jakarta.
