About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Sales to join our team in Bandung, West Java. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate customer databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and efficient workflow
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Proactive and adaptable, with a positive and collaborative attitude
