The Government Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with government institutions, BUMN, and associations to support business operations and ensure regulatory compliance. This role oversees TKDN certification, import licensing, industrial reporting, and coordination with relevant ministries. The position also supports compliance with financial and taxation regulations, ensuring smooth and lawful company operations.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Government and stakeholder engagement
  • Regulatory compliance and product certification (including TKDN)
  • Import coordination and reporting (INSW, Ministry of Trade/Environment)
  • Industrial reporting and CSR coordination
  • Financial and taxation regulatory support
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, or a related field (preferably in a manufacturing or HVAC Company).
  • Strong understanding of TKDN regulations, import and trade compliance, and industrial reporting
  • Experience in liaising with ministries or government agencies such as the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, and Ministry of Finance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret government regulations and provide practical business recommendations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
