Job Requirements
Minimum Education: At least a bachelor's degree
Language: Fluent in English.
Working experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience in the same company;
Experience in operating TikTok shops, Shopee, and other full-platform e-commerce.
Priority given to those with experience in communicating with Shopee Relationship Managers (RMs).
Ability to withstand work pressure.
Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have e-commerce marketing experience in the mobile phone industry. (Preferably OV X I)

Job Responsibilities
Develop e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Responsible for full-platform e-commerce operations, including traffic acquisition, advertising, sales conversion, A/B testing, and data reporting.
Analyze various data to formulate data-driven strategies, ensuring efficient business operations and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data analysis tools to track sales trends and identify business growth opportunities.
Conceive digital marketing plans, analyze relevant data, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Plan and monitor store performance and advertising campaigns.
Responsible for preparing monthly reports and collaborating with agencies.
