Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various internal and external sources
- Manage and maintain databases or data warehouses
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Support other teams in decision-making by presenting relevant data
- Validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel; programming skills in Python or R are a plus
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Hands-on experience with data scraping from various sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
