About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Intern to support our Marketplace team. The primary responsibility will be downloading, organizing, and maintaining sales, product, and performance data from Shopee and TikTok Seller Centres. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about e-commerce operations while supporting daily marketplace reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Log in and download daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Shopee and TikTok Seller Centres.
- Maintain organized folders for raw data files on shared drives (e.g., OneDrive/SharePoint).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency before submission to the marketplace team.
- Assist in formatting data for reporting and analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Support the team in ad-hoc data entry and administrative tasks related to marketplace operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Management, Data, or related fields).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
