Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions aligned with TechEx KPIs within planned timelines

• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly progress reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve KPI targets

• Support planning and execution tasks within the Technology Excellence delivery area

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Fresh graduate with internship experience in project management (preferably with basic coding exposure)

• Basic understanding of programming languages (Java/Python/PHP)

• Familiar with software development methods and practices

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Able to communicate effectively in English across cross-functional and remote teams
