JD:

Plan, manage, and supervise dismantling activities for telecom sites (BTS, MW, RRU, antennas, power systems, etc.).
Ensure dismantle work follows project scope, health & safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors for site access, permits, and logistics.
Review dismantle schedules and progress to ensure timely completion and proper material recovery.
Verify and approve dismantle documentation, photos, and reports before submission.
Manage material return, disposal, and warehouse coordination for dismantled equipment.
Monitor contractor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Report dismantle progress and issues to the Project Director / Regional Project Manager.

JR:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum
5–8 years
of experience in telecom project implementation, including
swap or dismantle projects
.
Strong knowledge of telecom site components (BTS, MW, antenna, feeder, power).
Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multi-site operations.
Good understanding of HSE standards and site risk management.
Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
