JD:
- Plan, manage, and supervise dismantling activities for telecom sites (BTS, MW, RRU, antennas, power systems, etc.).
- Ensure dismantle work follows project scope, health & safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors for site access, permits, and logistics.
- Review dismantle schedules and progress to ensure timely completion and proper material recovery.
- Verify and approve dismantle documentation, photos, and reports before submission.
- Manage material return, disposal, and warehouse coordination for dismantled equipment.
- Monitor contractor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report dismantle progress and issues to the Project Director / Regional Project Manager.
JR:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum
5–8 years
of experience in telecom project implementation, including
swap or dismantle projects
. - Strong knowledge of telecom site components (BTS, MW, antenna, feeder, power).
- Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multi-site operations.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and site risk management.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
