Job Description Summary:
Support and continuously improve Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risk management.
Job Description:
- Develop Occupational Health and Safety programs in the workplace.
- Prepare standards, procedures, and manuals for OHS in accordance with government regulations and standards.
- Conduct incident investigations using SCAT Methodology.
- Support and continuously improve OHS risk management.
- Provide training to employees on Occupational Health and Safety.
- Prepare and analyze statistical reports related to OHS from units.
- Conduct OHS inspections at units, issue recommendations, and monitor their implementation.
- Monitor and analyze workplace safety and health monitoring in operational units according to government regulations and standards.
- Perform internal audits of OHS management systems and sustainable palm oil standards (ISPO, RSPO, ISCC).
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Possess a General Safety Expert Certificate.
- Preferably with 3 years of experience handling Occupational Health and Safety in the palm oil industry or relevant industries.
- Capable of working independently, collaborating, and communicating effectively.
