Requirements:
- Possess rich knowledge and strong background in the mining industry (including smelter and cement).
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales and business strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; support the local representative office to achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate with regional teams to drive business development, support marketing events, and engage with high-level customers.
- Enhance the competitiveness of mining solutions by collecting customer feedback and coordinating with partners.
- Participate in key industry marketing activities and promote scenario-based mining solutions.
- Summarize successful project cases and support sales and presales enablement across the Asia Pacific region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining industry, especially in open-pit mining or smelting operations.
- Background as IT/Operations Manager or Director in mining or mining services companies, or experience with consulting firms, system integrators (SI), or solution providers in the mining sector.
- Proven experience in ICT project delivery for mining operations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in scenario-based mining solutions implementation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
