Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist

(1) Language: Fluent in Bahasa, Conversational proficiency in English is highly valued.

(2) Responsibilities:

Inventory & Sample Management

1. Manage office samples and overall inventory

2. Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, returns, and conduct regular stock-taking

3. Plan and manage product allocation for promotions, campaigns, and live streaming

4. Support demand forecasting and purchasing based on sales data

5. Resolve logistics issues and improve operational processes

(3) Qualifications:

years of experience in inventory/logistics management

2. Proficiency in English (basic Korean conversation is a plus)

3. Skilled in Excel/spreadsheets and data management tools

4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

5. Background in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries

(4) Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries

2. Hands-on experience in sample management and product allocation for promotions/campaigns

3. Experience in e-commerce inventory operations and logistics process optimization

4. Previous work experience in local subsidiaries of Korean or global companies

Working Conditions

Position Type: Full-time employee.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
Location: located near KotaKasablanka, Jakarta.
Commencement date: 1st December
Salary & Benefits: based on experience and company policy.
Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
