Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for
JES (JAS Employee System)
to ensure smooth system performance and data accuracy. - Manage and support the
Face Attendance Machine
integration and troubleshooting. - Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications related to Human Capital operations.
- Create and optimize
queries
for data extraction, analysis, and reporting needs. - Collaborate with the Human Capital and IT teams to ensure system needs are aligned with operational requirements.
- Conduct system testing, documentation, and user training for new features or updates.
- Monitor database integrity, perform regular backups, and ensure data security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (
S1
) in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
. - Proven experience or strong skills in
programming languages
(e.g., PHP, Python, Java, or similar). - Proficient in
query statements
(SQL or equivalent). - Good understanding of
database management systems
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Attention to detail, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
