Responbilities

  • Generating the order intake needed to reach the Sales and Financial target.
  • Quality promotion, by means of technical presentation, formal and informal discussion and meetings, technical support and onsite service.
  • Utilize the customer service resource properly, to assure the best synergy and cooperation needed to secure orders from customers and to provide fast response to customer reaching their satisfactory in a reliable and accurate way.
  • Develop relationship with customer and gain the credit of trust by providing quality service and product to our customers, focusing always on increasing the customer profitability and machine run ability.
  • Contract negotiation and order signature finalization, in close cooperation with Regional Sales Manager whenever demanded.
  • Technical Service, including but not limited to the following:

Static Nip Impression Study

Surface profile study and onsite check.

Shutdown Quality Inspection/Complete Machine Shoe Press Audit.

Quality installation and start up on site services.

Doctoring and showering recomendation.

Quality simple repair

Customer complains preliminary information gathering (onsite)

Technical seminar of proper Quality/Shoe Press maintenance and operation (onsite)

  • Manage and control sales expenses in close collaboration with Regional Sales Manager to make sure sales expenditure is always focus on achieving most effective sales profitability at the end of the year, using common sense, analysis and judgement on each particular cases.
  • Take main correspondence and communication to customer responsibility and act as company interface to customer. Responsible to initiate preliminary contact on complain issues, delivery schedule changes and other similar critical issues, which should not to be done by customer service engineer.
  • Develop internal network and communication with all departments to ensure the above target can be met.
  • Reporting to customer defined product requirement to Regional Service Manager.
  • Reporting of Sales figures, marker developments, competition action, key projects and important strategic order to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Weekly Task and Monthly To Do list update to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • To provide customer and markets feedbacks by either emails or telephone calls in spontaneously, pro-active, clear, to the point, in time and solution oriented manners.
  • Collect information for product market analysis for Slaes Area in his responsibility.
  • Price and diskon decision making from quotation proce needs to be coordinate with Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Min 2 years sales experience mostly in paper industry and general indusries for machinary, parts and equipment.
  • Able to speak and write English fluently
  • Proficient with Ms Office.
  • Reading a drawing.
