Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for an IT Business Analyst in the Life Insurance Industry, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and documenting them. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business goals, focusing on improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance business rules and processes.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience with full software development lifecycle.
- Experience in handling applications (front-end, integration, or core insurance applications).
- Exposure to L400, LifeAsia, or other insurance systems, including product setup.
- Proficiency in SQL (DML commands).
- Proven track record in requirement gathering, preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or Functional Specifications.
- Ability to create business/functional process flowcharts or workflow diagrams.
- Experience in preparing test scenarios and supporting UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
