Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. The Client Relations will collaborate with team members to foster consistent client engagement and successful resolution of any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centered approach
- Proficiency in Client Relations, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Proven experience in client relationship management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
