Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage recruitment reports, trackers, and performance analytics to ensure hiring efficiency.
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives (e.g., career social media content, campaigns, partnerships), that reflect our culture, passion, people, values.
- Manage and grow the company's employer presence on recruitment/employer branding platforms (such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.)
- Execute employee engagement programs — from new joiner welcoming kits to internal events and well-being initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and related team to ensure consistent branding tone and visual identity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Employer Branding (experience in beauty, FMCG, or creative industries is a plus).
- A people-person — confident, proactive, communicative and detail-oriented.
- Creative thinker with a passion for content, branding, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
