JOB DESCRIPTION:

Organize the implementation of production plans and complete production tasks with good quality and quantity.
Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve targets.
Lead and motivate production workers to ensure high performance.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Language: Must be able to communicate fluently and confidently in English.
Have experience working at an electronic manufacturing/medical device manufacturing/automotive component manufacture.
Have experience working with Production SMD (Surface Mounting Device) or Assembly.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor is a must.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Active in communicating, diligent, initiative, assertive, disciplined, and responsible.
