ob Overview:
Responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting company , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating across departments to maintain smooth operations. Reports to the Manager Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customs-related duties for projects
  • Maintain administrative data
  • Ensure compliance with governance and reporting standard
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the PIC

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Economics, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Good English skills (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and organized
