ob Overview:
Responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting company , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating across departments to maintain smooth operations. Reports to the Manager Operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customs-related duties for projects
- Maintain administrative data
- Ensure compliance with governance and reporting standard
- Perform other tasks assigned by the PIC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Economics, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience
- Good English skills (Preferred)
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and organized
