Currently, we are looking for a 
Sales Development Representative
to join our team. T
his role will be focusing on prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage engagement to support the Business Leaders on business development and client strategy. This role will be ideal for someone with strong communication skills, curiosity to understand client pain points, and the persistence to build valuable business relationships.  

What You Will Do:

  • Research and identify potential accounts and contacts across Australia
  • Conduct structured outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calls and other digital channels
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and book discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and pipeline activity in CRM tools.
  • Support Business Leaders by preparing account briefs, industry snapshots, and call notes.
  • Monitor market activity and share relevant news or events that could trigger commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach tactics, targeting, and messaging based on results.
  • Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every question asked.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major. 3-5 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a research-oriented commercial role.
  • Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, GoHighLevel, or similar.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Interest in the B2B software industry and international business.
  • Organized, disciplined, and self-driven, with a structured approach to outreach.
  • Strong and confident with their communication skills; advanced written and verbal English skills.
  • Target-driven, comfortable working with targets
  • A fast learner and easily adaptable.
  • Possess a critical and analytical mindset.
  • Willing to work onsite (Semarang, Yogyakarta, or Bogor)
