Responsibilities :
- Maintain relationship with customer (external)
- Reply emails from customer and other correspondence
- Build and maintain strong relationship with airport stakeholder
- Ensure complete each process from quotation/contract – actual handling – actual billing – correct payment
- Ensure all required services are delivered accurately by operations department
- Work closely with the Station Manager/Manager Operational to manage operational constraints that may hinder aircraft operations
- Coordination with Flight Coordinator to manage operational
- Detail Job Descriptions will be discussing in interview meeting
Requirements:
- Competent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any disciplines with minimum 2-3 years experience in general aviation industry / charter business.
- Understand in ground handling operations and / or IATA SGHA will be a plus point.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (excel, word & ppt).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership : able to lead and manage, yet work in cross functional team.
- Good customer orientation, excellent facilitator and a can-do attitude
- Strong trend market and product knowledge.
- Detailed oriented, able to calculate, analyze and plan.
- Willing to work at Cengkareng, Tangerang – International Soekarno Hatta Airport
