Job Description :

Ensure the vendor procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently to support timely product distribution.
Manage all aspects of vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal terms and company standards while minimizing risk.
Improve vendor performance and service quality through regular evaluations and negotiations to achieve better terms and conditions.
Build strong and productive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth distribution and address any issues that may arise.
Support the logistics and distribution team in achieving company growth targets through effective vendor and contract management.
Develop and optimize delivery/transportation routes and schedules (e.g., daily, weekly) to minimize transportation time and costs (route optimization).
Plan and allocate fleet (vehicles, drivers) according to delivery needs and availability.
Determining the most efficient and effective mode of transportation for a particular type of goods or operational needs.
Prepare periodic reports on transportation activities, fleet performance, and logistics costs for management evaluation purposes.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is essential
Additional qualifications in contract management or supply chain are highly valued.
Maximum 3 years of experience in vendor management, contracts, or supply chain and transport planning is required.
Experience in the distribution / logistics industry and contract negotiation is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in contract management applications and effective document management.
Able to work independently as well as working in a team and willing to work under pressure.
