Role Description
A Brand Staff is responsible for supporting the execution of brand and marketing activities to ensure product visibility and growth. This role involves assisting in marketing campaign implementation, monitoring brand performance, managing promotional materials, and coordinating with sales and logistics teams.
The Brand Staff will also help maintain brand consistency, track competitor activities, and prepare marketing reports to support decision-making by the Brand Supervisor or Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing brand and marketing campaigns;
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) and external partners for brand activities;
Monitor brand performance, sales data, and competitor movements;
Prepare and update marketing materials, product listings, and promotional tools;
Support in organizing events, product launches, and trade promotions;
Compile and analyze reports related to brand and marketing performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field;
Willing to be placed at Pulogadung, East Jakarta;
Minimum 1 year of experience in brand, marketing, or sales support (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome);
Detail-oriented and proactive in handling multiple tasks;
Good communication and coordination skills;
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace;
Able to join immediately.
