Plastic PVC Production Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plastic PVC Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Kendal, Central Java. The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader with deep expertise in PVC production and, most critically, the operation and maintenance of extruder machines. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production targets are met efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and the team operates safely and productively. This is a key role for driving continuous improvement within our facility.

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day manufacturing activities on the production floor to achieve daily output goals and required quality specifications.
• Take direct ownership of the operation, setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of PVC extruder machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize equipment downtime.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control protocols by all team members.
• Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of production operators and technicians to ensure a skilled and capable workforce.
• Coordinate effectively with the Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Planning departments to ensure smooth, integrated, and continuous workflow.
• Prepare detailed production reports, shift logs, and documentation as required by management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or senior technical capacity within the plastic or PVC manufacturing industry.
• Technical Expertise: Mandatory profound knowledge and practical skill in the operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of extruder machinery is essential.
• Core Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership, excellent analytical, and effective problem-solving skills. Must be results-oriented and a driver of process improvement.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required for internal communication and technical documentation.
• Placement: Must be willing to be placed and work permanently in Kendal, Central Java.
