Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities on the client's site, specifically the building facilities, such as offices, and supporting areas
- Manage day-to-day operational concerns, ensuring safety, security, housekeeping, receptionist duties, and the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Become the leader of the facilities operations team, including the engineering team, vendors, or other parties, by guiding and supervising their activities
- Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, including managerial roles overseeing facilities operations in a 24x7 environment
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in the English language.

- An organized person and a team player.
- Demonstrate managerial and leadership skills.
