Job Responsibilities
  • Assist business department leaders to fully take charge of personnel management in South Kalimantan, aligned with the company's development strategy. This includes human resource planning, position allocation, employee recruitment, onboarding training, job transfer, resignation, promotion, employee relations handling, salary incentives, as well as the development of other personnel management systems, systems and processes.
  • Be responsible for daily personnel management work, ensure full coordination among various departments, and establish, improve and effectively implement various personnel management systems, implementation rules and related work processes.
  • Handle complaints related to employees' labor and personnel matters, maintain employee relations, and assist in handling arbitration and resolution of labor disputes.
  • Establish and improve the employee salary incentive mechanism, review, evaluate and revise incentive plans and salary management-related systems of various departments, as well as carry out salary management work such as salary evaluation and calculation.
  • Manage personnel within the department, including recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development.
  • Liaise with the group's human resource company and the group to complete various human resource projects.
Qualifications
  • Willing to work in South Kalimantan for a long-term basis.
  • At least 5 years of personnel management experience in large enterprises.
  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Labor and Social Security, Business Administration are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian; experience in the mining industry is preferred.
