Service Engineer
· Provide guidance on equipment installation, startup commissioning, and maintenance training.
· Diagnose faults and offer service guidance during repairs.
· Track customer service, collect and relay operational data from client sites, and suggest improvements to ensure stable machine operation.
· Propose energy-saving optimizations based on air flow measurements.
· Provide on-site service support, document service activities, diagnose issues, and produce annual service reports.
· Participate in training and employee development programs.
· Ensure all business activities comply with legal and organizational standards.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience with air compressors, vacuum pumps, or related equipment; prior experience in industrial equipment maintenance or after-sales service is a plus.
· Skills in machining or electrical engineering are preferred; must have excellent hands-on skills and the ability to independently resolve on-site issues.
· Strong time management and communication skills, able to handle work pressure, and possess proactive work enthusiasm and effective execution skills.
· Must be able to perform on-site service independently.
· Must have a driver's license (SIM A/SIM C), be willing to endure hardship, and be adaptable to travel.
· Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written,speak Mandarin is a plus.
