About the Role
We're looking for a creative and user-focused
UI/UX Designer
to design and enhance our web and mobile applications — including our Landing Page, Mobile Application, and Dashboards. You'll play a key role in shaping how users experience our platform, from initial research to final design hand-off.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, particularly focused on
Students and Parents
, to understand their needs and behaviors. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like
Figma
or
Adobe XD
. - Collaborate closely with
Developers
to ensure smooth design implementation. - Design marketing materials and
social media posts
using
Canva
or
Photoshop
. - Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Design
,
HCI
, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1+ years
of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications. - Proficiency in
Figma
,
Adobe XD
, or similar design tools. - Experience with
Canva
or
Photoshop
for visual and social media design. - Strong understanding of
user-centered design
and
design collaboration with developers
. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
