Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk.
  • Familiar with Windows OS, basic networking, Active Directory, and office applications.
  • Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
  • Able to work onsite in Jakarta - Bogor.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for users (software, hardware, network, and system access).
  • Handle incidents, requests, troubleshooting, and escalation when required.
  • Monitor and maintain IT assets, documentation, and service logs.
  • Conduct socialization and communication regarding the implementation of IT systems.
  • Operate systems related to IT Service Management.
