Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk.
- Familiar with Windows OS, basic networking, Active Directory, and office applications.
- Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
- Able to work onsite in Jakarta - Bogor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for users (software, hardware, network, and system access).
- Handle incidents, requests, troubleshooting, and escalation when required.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, documentation, and service logs.
- Conduct socialization and communication regarding the implementation of IT systems.
- Operate systems related to IT Service Management.
