What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize IT network infrastructure (focus on Mikrotik devices)
- Perform
IT Maintenance
to ensure systems run smoothly - Handle
hardware setup & troubleshooting
for PCs, printers, and related devices - Ensure stable connectivity, security, and performance across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve both
networking & hardware issues
efficiently - Support IT projects and provide technical guidance to teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in
Mikrotik, IT Networking, Hardware, and Troubleshooting - Familiar with routing, switching, firewall, and network monitoring
- Ability to perform preventive & corrective
IT maintenance - Problem solver with a hands-on mindset
- Strong commitment to reliability and security
