Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion and Strategic Analysis
Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new market opportunities and potential customer groups.
Develop and execute market entry strategies and business development plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
Customer and Partner Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners, driving long-term cooperation and mutual growth.
Participate in the entire process of business negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation.
Business Growth and Sales Targets
Develop and achieve annual sales and growth targets, ensuring revenue targets are met and profits are maximized.
Develop new business models, products, or services to facilitate market expansion.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of business opportunities.
Report business progress to management, providing data analysis and strategic advice.
Brand and Innovation Support
Participate in company brand promotion, event planning, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence.
Identify emerging technologies, innovation trends, and potential collaborative ecosystems (such as AI, sustainability, and digital transformation).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Business, Management, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales management.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; able to independently drive complex projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Familiar with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics tools.
Fluent in English; cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
