Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Law or a related field.
  • Having 2 years or more experience in HRGA field
  • Fluent in English both Verbal and Written.
  • Experienced handling End to end recruitment process
  • Have deep knowledge about UU Cipta Kerja, Omnibus Law and it matters
  • Have experience in Industrial Relations and it matters.
  • Have knowledge about Tenaga Kerja Asing Regulation is a plus
  • Having HR Certificate is preferred

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues eg. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions an performance management.
  • Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits and incentives, performance appraisal, performance management
  • Advising monthly salary reviews, administering payroll, compensation and benefits (BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Monitoring A- Z Recruitment Process
  • Monitoring Employee Appointment Letters (Contract, Promotions, Mutation, etc)
  • Monitoring all the employee's personal and confidential documents.
  • Monitoring Employee matters: Employee's attendance, leave, permission, medical reason, overtime, allowance policy, and any related matters subjected to HR area.
  • Making Internal Memo
  • Monitoring General Affair stuff (Driver, Office Inventory, Car, OB, etc)
