Responsibilites:

  • Content Strategy & Planning


• Assist in developing platform-specific strategies for TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.


• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely execution of content.


• Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Content Production & Publishing


• Coordinate with teams (design, video, copy) to produce high-quality, engaging content.


• Optimize posts (captions, hashtags, thumbnails, titles, descriptions) for each platform.


• Schedule and publish content across TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Community Management


• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to maintain healthy community engagement.


• Respond to followers in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.


• Escalate sensitive issues to the Social Media Manager/brand team.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting


• Track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, watch time, followers growth, CTR, etc.).


• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


• Support in A/B testing content types and posting schedules.

  • Campaign Execution


• Support influencer/creator collaborations on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram/Facebook.


• Assist in paid ads execution (boosted post) in coordination with the performance marketing team.


• Help ensure campaign deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.

  • Innovation & Growth


• Stay updated with new platform features, algorithm changes, and content trends.


• Suggest creative campaign ideas to strengthen brand presence and community growth.

Able to lead and develop team and making sure the job delegation is efficient and effective

Requirements


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.


• Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms (preferably TikTok, YouTube, Meta).


• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior.


• Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).


• Skilled in analyzing data and turning insights into strategy.


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English


• Creative mindset with an eye for trending content and storytelling.


• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.


• Familiar with influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, and basic SEO/SEM for social media optimization.
