This is a full-time role for a Translator Chinese & Personal Assistant at PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for providing high-quality translation services between Chinese and Indonesian, English is a plus, as well as supporting the executive team with a range of personal assistant duties.
After the factory is established in Brebes, Central Java, this position will be relocated and based in Brebes.
What You’ll Be DoingTranslate correspondence, documents, and other materials between Chinese, Indonesian, and English with a high degree of accuracy.
Provide interpretation services during meetings and other business interactions.
Act as the main point of contact for the executive, responding to inquiries and forwarding information as needed.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking ForBachelor or Master’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in translation or interpretation.
Fluency in both Chinese and Indonesian; English is a plus with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong translation and interpretation abilities, with experience in a professional setting.
Proficient in the use of office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support to senior-level executives.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Willingness to be relocated to Brebes, Central Java once the factory has been completed.
