Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or demand management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Has experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing/Procurement, and S&OP leadership, with strong expertise in delivery and transport management
- Strong in Manufacturing Industries
- Proven experience managing a team and implementing planning systems (SAP/APO, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
