- Lead the development and refinement of SOPs and Work Instructions across functions, ensuring standardization across operational teams.
- Provide socialization to relevant stakeholders regarding updates to each SOP or the introduction of new SOPs/processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between operational teams and process excellence teams regarding SOP development.
- Conduct periodic reviews of SOP effectiveness and identify gaps against current operational needs.
Oversee the SOP database with strict version control procedures and manage the approval/release process
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in SOP development, or business process improvement.
- Ability to design and visualize processes using Microsoft Visio or other flowcharting
- tools.
- Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong in written & communication skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation and procedural accuracy
